Every answer carries:
X-RateLimit-Limit,X-RateLimit-Remaining,X-RateLimit-Reset(Unix seconds): this minute's requests.X-Quota-Remaining: calls left today. The day resets at 00:00 UTC.
Over the minute is 429 rate_limited; the day used up is 429 quota_exceeded. Both carry Retry-After in seconds. Asking past your plan's reach (an older date, or an endpoint your plan does not have) is 403 upgrade_required, and error.plan names the plan that has it.
