The rules for using handballapi.com, its API and its MCP server, whether on the free key or a paid plan.

This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
01The account
- One person or one business per account, with true details. Accounts are made by signing in with Google.
- You keep your Google sign-in and your API keys to yourself, and you are responsible for everything done with them. If a key may have been seen by someone else, revoke it in your account and make a new one.
02Plans and billing
- The free key costs nothing. Results and Archive are paid through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel.
- A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
- You can cancel any time from your account; access runs to the end of the period already paid. The refund rules are on the refunds page.
- A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.

03Fair use
- Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a day, its calls a minute and the seasons it reaches. The free key allows 50 calls a day and 10 a minute; every plan is set out in Plans and limits.
- Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the website around the API.
- We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
04The data: use it, do not replicate it
- You can use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
- You may not download it in bulk to rebuild our database, or use it to build a competing product.
- Some older seasons are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence (CC BY-SA 4.0); where you republish those facts, the same licence applies to them.
05Acceptable use
- Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages whose content the API already offers.
06Accuracy
- Results, match sheets and player lines are gathered with care and given as they are, without a warranty that they are complete or free of mistakes.
- Handball data is factual data, not advice or a tip. Nothing on this website or in the API is financial or betting advice.
07Availability
- We aim to keep the API running and show its state on the status page, but no plan promises an uptime figure.
08Liability
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
09Suspension and closing
- We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
- An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
- You can close your account any time from Settings in your account; the privacy notice says what happens.
10Changes to these terms
- The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
11Law and contact
- These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Questions go through support.
