GET /v1/matches/{id} returns one finished match: everything in a results row, plus

• venue and attendance, where published;
• referees, a list of names, where published;
• shootout, home and away goals when a match went to 7m throws, else null;
• discipline: indoor, beach or wheelchair;
• player_lines: how many player lines it has. When it is above 0, call its player lines.

Take the id from any results row. An id that is not ours, a match not yet played, or a competition on the not-collected list all answer 404 not_found, so nothing is given away about what is not served.
